Much of our work is with firms that construct multi-unit residential complexes.  Recently, we completed our work with West Chester Grandview Properties on their new Toccata townhome project in Morgan Creek, South Surrey.  Different Designs Group was responsible for the interior design elements of this project.  We also created the show home/sales centre that is now available for viewing either virtually or by visiting the Toccata Sales Centre.   You can preview this development and some of our work on the Toccata website.

We have worked with Marcraft Homes on a number of projects over the years.  Most recently we collaborated with them on a $2.7 million custom home at 1084 Uplands Drive in Anmore.  On this particular project, we assisted Marcraft with exterior materials and colours, interior floor plans and layout, and with the selection of fixtures, finishes and interior colour schemes.  You can have a virtual tour of this home on Marcraft’s webite or by following this link.
