Northbrook Town Homes Project in Coquitlam

Citimark Developments recently opened its new Northbrook townhomes project located on Burke Mountain in Coquitlam. DDG was priviledged to be invited to work with Citimark and to provide interior design services for this development. Our firm worked with Citimark on space planning for these units, on finishes and colour selections, and in creating their sales centre as well as two show homes. Highland House, a new project at Simon Fraser University

DDG has worked with Liberty Homes on a number of projects over the years. Liberty is now marketing their latest project at Simon Fraser University, Highland House. We are very proud to be associated with Liberty Homes and this project. You can view the interior design by going to Liberty Homes’s web page and clicking on the “Highland House” icon. On that same page, you will also see a link to an earlier Liberty project on Westwood Plateau, Cascade, for which DDG was also responsible for the interior design.

Tsawwassen Springs Resort Community Project

We have been working with Shato Holdings and Talisman Homes on the interior design of their extensive Tsawwassen Springs project that recently opened. They have created a detailed web site including video tours for those of you who are interested in seeing the completed project, both inside and out. We have collaborated with with Shato and Talisman homes on several projects and are proud to be associated with their latest development.

Recently completed townhome project in South Surrey

Much of our work is with firms that construct multi-unit residential complexes. Recently, we completed our work with West Chester Grandview Properties on their new Toccata townhome project in Morgan Creek, South Surrey. Different Designs Group was responsible for the interior design elements of this project. We also created the show home/sales centre that is now available for viewing either virtually or by visiting the Toccata Sales Centre.
